Payment, cancellation, delivery, and quality expectations for client projects.
You deposit money in 3 parts. Before starting the project, 50% of the total amount must be deposited (which confirms work has started). Half of the remaining 50% — i.e. 25% — is due at project delivery milestones as agreed. The remaining 25% is due in full at final project delivery.
Once the project is started, payment in case of cancellation will not be refunded under any circumstances.
We aim to deliver error-free applications. Final testing should still be done by you to ensure there are no critical bugs after delivery. Start production use only after satisfaction to avoid accidental losses.
We complete projects within the agreed timeframe. Exact timing depends on project size, which we confirm after understanding the scope.
